Research Center for Robotics
The Research Center for Robotics is facing major needs of the national marine strategy. It will build a three-dimensional underwater collaborative work platform for agile robots, with serving heterogeneous robotic clusters for marine applications as its research direction. The center will conduct multidisciplinary cross-cutting research and the construction of large scientific facilities, centering on key scientific issues as the perception, intelligence, control and communications of underwater agile robots.
We are recruiting both full-time Research Scientists at all levels and Postdoctoral Fellows, who has a background relevant to Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Marine Engineering, Computer Science, Communication & Network, Fluid Mechanics, Robotics, etc.
Research Scientist: Full-time Ph.D graduates from top 300 universities on the QS World University Rankings; with articles published in the internationally renowned journals or conferences in the past 5 years. Research experience at a well-known university or research institution with significant research outputs in the past 5 years is a plus, according to which other requirements could be amended.
Postdoctoral Fellows: Ph.D graduates in the recent 3 years from the world-renowned universities; under 35 years old; who has two or more papers published in the CCF list B or above/ IEEE Transactions or equivalent journals as the first author or correspondent author.
